I’m Bel and if you’re as mad about books as me then I think you’re going to like it here. In this cozy corner of the internet the books are stacked to teetering heights and the TBR list never stops growing! This is a blog all about celebrating reading and all things bookish.

I read across all genres and love discovering stories that surprise me, comfort me, make me laugh out loud, and occasionally turn me into a sobbing, snotty mess (it’s cathartic, ok!) Here you will find honest reviews, recommendations, and lots of book-related rambling.

You may also notice a small but very important presence throughout this blog: Beatrix the cat. Also known as Bea, she is a regular around here and takes her role very seriously. A role that primarily consists of walking across keyboards, toppling over stacks of books and napping for hours when she is worn out from mischief.
